Nathalie BAUDRY took the oath in 1992. She first collaborated with a renowned law firm specialized in real estate questions, then moved on to a more generalist firm to broaden her skills in social and family law. In 2002, she founded GILDARD GUILLAUME & ASSOCIES firm with her colleague Gildard GUILLAUME.
She graduated from University with a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées de Fiscalité des Entreprises. She also graduated from CPA Executive MBA Groupe HEC.
Nathalie BAUDRY most particularly deals with negotiations and litigations over social law (companies recruitment policies, employment contracts, dismissal), family law (divorce, matrimonial regimes, child protection), bankruptcy law, real estate management and litigation, real estate law (co-ownership, lease agreements), construction law and carrying out court decisions.
